I have been an accredited Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist* for 10 years. Originally from a public health and education background where I worked as a specialist in behaviour change and health promotion for over 25 years, training as a hypnotherapist felt like natural move, focusing powerfully on supporting individuals and facilitating immediate and lasting change.  With this in mind I use a person-centred approach, blending a variety of Hypnotherapy techniques, such as traditional deep trance hypnosis, subconscious suggestion, setting anchors, regression, hypnoanalysis, Parts Therapy and life coaching.  Because everyone is individual, your session will we individually designed too, ensuring that you have a carefully personalised therapuetic experience. I can offer help with weight management and eating/food issues, reducing alcohol, improving health and stopping smoking, self image, anxiety and phobias, relationships, confidence and achievement, increasing happiness and taking those first steps to making big changes in your life and support in transitions.
